Michael has worked in high tech for over 20 years in various roles in sales and marketing for Apple, Inc. Along with working directly for top corporate leaders for Fortune 100 companies — Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison, and Bill Gates — he helped manage the international expansion of a technical services firm in the UK and throughout the US, Europe, and Asia, and managed a large team while at Apple. His experience in sales, service, customer relations, and key contacts throughout the world in both government and corporate roles will be key to business success.

Fritz Ogden

Fritz Ogden

CEO

Fritz spent 32 years at Apple in roles managing teams in marketing and sales. His experience includes years of product marketing, project management, and media production, including back-end systems for Apple Store, Marketing Operations, and designing programs and campaigns to help deliver solutions to Apple's customers worldwide. His background in accounting, operations finance, and administrative roles leading teams brings the leadership, communication skills, heavy project management, and workflow needed to our consulting projects.

Dawud Shereef

Dawud is a seasoned Operations Executive with 15 years experience leading trading and sales operations teams for J.P. Morgan. He held key leadership positions and was instrumental in designing the business workflows, operating model, and controls infrastructure for the Global Currencies and Emerging Markets business as well as Global eCommerce trading. He developed models to measure and mitigate operational risk in manual transaction flows and automated execution environments, and is a strong believer in pairing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive business results.

Dr. Robert Kite

Robert Kite, Ph.D. is co-founder and principal consultant at RSKGroup, LLC. He has been involved with technology solutions, training, and team development for over 20 years — serving as a university instructor, Director of Technology for a school system, and in multiple senior roles at Apple: event engineer, Director of Professional Services in the UK, consulting engineer for technical training, and solutions architect for video production infrastructure in the Marketing and Communications division. After transitioning to PCM, Bob created and developed an Apple & mobility practice, serving as VP of Strategic Sales & Consulting and leading the National Practices team.

With a BA in Business, a Master's in Performance Assessment, and a Ph.D. in Education, Bob has deep expertise in the education field and has developed extensive courseware and customized training solutions. He authored the Xsan 2 Administration Guide and was the primary author of the Mac OS X Security and Mobility v10.6 Reference Guide — widely regarded as the precursor to many of today's EMM solutions. His expertise spans networking, storage, file systems, directory services, deployment strategies, and media & entertainment infrastructures.

Walt recently retired from Apple, having begun in 1998 when Apple was on the verge of collapse. Early in his career, he was hand-selected by Phil Schiller to be the Product Marketing Manager for professional video editing applications. Walt was instrumental in Apple's video product marketing for many years, working directly with Steve Jobs and executives. He then spent his later years in the Marketing Communications department, helping make Apple the world's largest corporation.

Prior to joining, Chad spent nearly a decade tailoring strategic wealth solutions to endowments, foundations, and high-net-worth families as a Portfolio Manager and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, before founding ECHO 5 KILO, Inc., a business management and strategy consultancy in San Francisco. He is also a proud former Platoon Sergeant for a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry weapons platoon and Squad Leader at Marine Corps Security Forces Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company Europe.

Eric Tucker

VP Aeronautics & Healthcare

Prior to joining, Eric served as VP of a sports marketing company responsible for operations, strategy, sponsor relations, and contract negotiations. He co-founded the Bob Hoover Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit catalyzing aviation and education experiences for at-risk teens in Monterey County, and served as its Executive Director. Over the years, Eric has served as a technical consultant for Apple, Disney, and Etihad Airways on projects ranging from business management and strategy to theatrical aerial entertainment and aviation safety flight training.
